We are Mingara, the greatest Club on the Central Coast, offering a diverse range of facilities. As well as restaurants, cafes, bars, gaming, TAB, Keno, promotions and events, we also have a world-class gym, indoor Olympic pool, an international standard athletics track and a wellness precinct with hairdresser, beautician, physiotherapist and martial arts studio.

**A great opportunity**

Do you have a passion for customer service? We're looking for a friendly and engaging person to join our Gaming team **Full-Time**. Our ideal team member will have a Gaming Attendant (Players FOH) schedule with opportunities to cover Gaming Lead and Cash Management in a relief capacity. As a positive, uplifting and experienced leader, you will be responsible for driving a casino style experience whilst role modelling the vision and values of Mingara and providing leadership to the Gaming team.

**The purpose of this role is to**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, creating those special moments that create memories.
- Provide leadership, direction and support to the Gaming team to ensure the highest levels of customer service are being delivered.
- Deliver RSA and RCG with confidence to ensure the safety of our members and guests.
- Support training, onboarding and coaching of new starters within our Gaming arena.
- Contribute to our progressive and evolving organisation.
- Think on your feet and problem solve with a customer focus.

**To succeed in this **role,** you will have**:

- A genuine passion to make people feel great and the ability to build great relationships.
- Exceptional experience in communicating with both customers and team members.
- Experience in performing gaming/wagering cash handling duties.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and motivating a team.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver agreed outcomes and targets, both personal and for your team
- A high standard of personal presentation and communication
- A high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality
- Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the Club
- Current RSA and RCG certificates
