**The Opportunity**
We are seeking energetic, passionate and genuine person to join our Creche team. The Creche offers child minding services to Mingara members and their families in a beautiful, fun, vibrant environment. It's here your smile, sense of humour and unique talents would contribute to a safe, reliable and progressive ream passionate about giving back to the local community.

**Responsibilities**
As a Creche Attendant you will offer friendly, safe, and memorable child-minding services for our members and families. In addition to finger painting, nappy changing and playing in the ball pit, you will:

- Ensure the environment is safe and secure, where children feel valued as individuals through a caring, naturing and child focused approach.
- Create memorable, fun and exciting experiences.
- Deliver childcare in a way that meets parents’ needs and works in partnership with them providing high levels of customer care at all times.
- Monitor bookings and payments for crèche activities and record attendance and usage of crèche activities.
- Contribute to the planning and setting up / packing away equipment and activities, ensuring cleanliness and good hygiene is maintained.
- Ensure data relating to crèche records is input as required.
- Ensure all WHS and risk management requirements are met.

**About You**
You will have a true passion for providing warm and creative environment which engages children through play and discovery. You will be able to interact in a positive and sensitive manner with children of all abilities and backgrounds, contributing to making our creche the first choice for families in the local community. In addition, you will demonstrate the following:

- Enthusiasm, initiative, and an approachable attitude
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in minding children between the ages of 0 - 5 years in a childcare or playgroup environment.
- Anaphylaxis training/certificate (desirable)
- Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (desirable).

You will be flexible in your availability and be available to work across The Creche operating hours. Current hours* are as follows:
Monday to Friday (AM) - 8:45am to 12:00pm

Monday to Thursday (PM) - 3:30pm to 6:45pm

Friday (PM) - 5:00pm to 8:15pm

Saturday (AM) - 6:45am to 10:45am
