We have a newly-created permanent full-time opportunity for a strategic and experienced Learning Experience Consultant.
This is a unique chance to develop, curate and scale leadership development experiences for leaders in our retail ecosystem and the broader Group. You will curate diverse learning solutions, approaches, pathways, and content to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences for managers and leaders. Through expertise-driven iterative design, you will develop, curate and scale leadership development experiences informed by human centred design and harnessing emerging digital opportunities. Additionally, you will curate diverse learning solutions, approaches, pathways, and content to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences for managers and leaders. The work you do for the broader Group will support an exciting range of business groups including sustainability, transformation, digital, media and data.
This hybrid role offers the unique opportunity to work from anywhere along the East Coast, whether it be in NSW, QLD or VIC.

**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the People Capability Lead and delivering work in the Leadership and Capability squad, you will collaborate and partner with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging influence to discover forward-thinking solutions that transform learning experiences. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Consult and partner**
- Consult on learning needs and capability expectations
- Effectively influence stakeholders at all levels to find forward thinking solutions
- Manage the curation of learning solutions, approaches, pathways, & content
**Develop and iterate learning solutions**
- Develop, iterate & support deployment of learning materials for virtual or face to face instructor led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, digital assets, quick reference guides and assessment tools.
- Identify, collect & analyse data to inform performance consulting, design, development and impact of the learning experiences you’re responsible for.
**Collaborate to build learning principles**
- Collaborate with, and contribute to, a passionate Chapter of learning professionals to ensure consistent and aligned learning experiences to our ecosystem
- Contribute to the review and ongoing development of guiding principles, learning design standards, implementation methodology and standards, tools and templates
- Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads.

We’re looking for a strategic and forward thinker Learning Consultant with previous experience working in a fast paced environment. This role will suit someone with experience in leadership learning and development who enjoys working across both strategic planning and hands-on execution of deliverables.
As a Learning Experience Consultant, you will have:
- Worked in leadership development and consultancy experience within a fast-paced environment
- Utilised hands-on experience in content development to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that incorporate a blend of learning delivery methods.
- Applied specialist understanding of best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to connect learning solutions to strategic thinking and business priorities.
- Embraced emerging tech trends for meaningful content creation, such as web-based Learning Platforms, Social Learning, Gamification, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and HTML5.
- Applied data analytics skills to collect and analyse a wide range of data about learners and their behaviours, informing the design and iteration of learning experience solutions
