Your Impact

You’ll help achieve this by

Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or Studying towards your Bachelor
Having the desire to be part of a team
Being a role model to other educators, offering coaching, support, and mentoring
Having the passion to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, whilst documenting every child’s learning development
Having experience working with children with big behaviours
Having excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal

About our Centre

We are proud to be an “Exceeding” NQS Service
93 Place Service - Open from 6.30 am to 6.00 pm
We care for children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years of age
All of our rooms are set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities
Team of friendly & passionate educators who all work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for the children & their families in our care
Strong community relationships
Outside, we have three areas all with age appropriate play spaces and equipment. Most of the rooms have their own playground, with bike tracks, a veggie patch, worm farm and lots of open space and plenty of shade.

**About you**: We are looking for someone who is innovative, fun, up-to-date with current research and must be someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting their fellow educators and have high quality standards.
