Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team on a daily basis.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Operational Management
- Plan, organize, implement, and control all aspects of store operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Manage inventory efficiently by ordering and controlling stock levels.
- Liaise with supplies weekly based on product demand and sales tends.
Sales & Performance Analysis
- Analyse sales data and customer demand patterns to determine optimal product mix(including fuel, food, and beverages)
- Conduct trend analysis to identify areas for profitability improvement.
- Monitor and report on service standards, implementing strategies to enhance store efficiency.
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate financial transaction records.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and assist with budget planning.
Customer Service
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
Marketing & Promotions
- Prepare and execute promotional and marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Plan discounts, promotional offers, and initiatives to improve store visibility and foot traffic.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving team performance and customer engagement initiatives.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Store management: 2 years (preferred)
