**About the role**:
**This is a permanent, part time role. We are seeking someone available every Monday, Wednesday and every 2nd Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm**

As our Receptionist/ Administration Officer, you will be responsible to:

- Act as an initial point of contact for clients, contractors and visitors to the service;
- Direct telephone enquiries appropriately;
- Undertake receipting, petty cash, data entry, processing of payroll, reimbursements and invoices;
- Undertake filing, document preparation, mail distribution and banking as required;
- Maintain client, staff and contractor information.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will:

- Have previous experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail, a friendly and flexible attitude and an ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and prioritise workloads.
- Highly development written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Home Care packages is desirable but not essential
