**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 5pm
- 7pm
**Rate**: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications)

**Key Details**:

- Participant age: 15
- Support needs: Behavioural support, community and social engagement
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Location: Lalor, Victoria
- Preferred worker age: 20-35 years (participant’s request)
- Interest in gaming is essential—someone who can connect through shared activities

**Mandatory Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following:

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)—Employee version
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) certificates
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per current guidelines)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of experience supporting people with behaviours of concern
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Right to work in Australia

**Desirable**:

- Relevant qualification (e.g., Cert III or IV in Disability, Youth Work, Community Services)
- Experience with positive behaviour support strategies
- Strong communication and emotional regulation skills

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who is fun, down-to-earth, and can engage through gaming and creative activities
- Ability to support the participant to regulate behaviour and promote independence
- Consistency, punctuality, and a proactive approach to care
