Spanian’s Kebabs is looking for a motivated and creative **Marketing Manager** to lead our brand strategy and drive customer engagement. In this role, you’ll plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels, working closely with our operations and content teams to make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and execute **multi-channel marketing campaigns** that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Oversee **digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation**.
- Coordinate **advertising, PR, influencer partnerships, and brand activations**.
- Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights and optimise for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing aligns with **business objectives**.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in **marketing, digital marketing, or social media management** (e.g., Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist).
- Strong knowledge of **digital platforms, social media channels, SEO, and online advertising**.
- Excellent **communication, project management, and organisational skills**.
- Creative thinker with a **results-oriented mindset**.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to take initiative.
- Up to date with **current marketing trends and best practices**.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
