**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel is partnering with a proudly Australian owned and operated Travel Company, representing the largest group of fully independent travel agencies in Australia. They provide technology and a variety of support services to independent travel agencies across the country. They are a proudly diverse organisation and due to an increase in business, they are looking at on boarding an Agency Support Coordinator as soon as possible.

The Agency Support Centre works to connect our Ticketing Centre, Sales Team and our Travel Agency members.

You are responsible for the following:

- Maintenance of the internal Customer Relationship System, including working with relevant departments in identifying changes and enhancements to the platform.
- Work with internal departments to trouble shoot any agency issues.
- Work with BDMs to help drive additional communication and growth strategies.
- Assist with account management of some agencies.
- Help identify opportunities through monthly reporting.

**The Successful Applicant**:
You are an engaged communicator with a 'can do' attitude. You are solution driven and work well with other teams to navigate obstacles. You have experience developing solid rapport and relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Fares and Ticketing knowledge (desirable)
- Proven strong customer service and account management experience
- High level administration experience (reporting, excel, websites)
