As the Platform Delivery Manager for Suncorp’s Customer Data Platform, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-performance data solutions and orchestrating platform health initiatives across the business. Working closely with the platform leadership team, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, you’ll take ownership of pipeline planning, manage interdependencies, and ensure seamless delivery across squads. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical and leadership expertise to uplift asset health, reliability, and customer satisfaction in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate delivery activities across the Customer Data Platform, balancing time, scope, cost, risk, and quality to meet key targets
- Engage closely with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Scrum Masters to prioritize backlogs, manage interdependencies, and drive high-value outcomes
- Oversee platform health and ensure platform reliability by managing incident responses, production support, and service transitions
- Develop a comprehensive view of platform risks, manage budgets, perform financial reporting, and ensure governance compliance

**What You’ll Bring**
- A university degree in computer science or a related field is desirable
- 7+ years in the financial sector with a minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally within technology environments, pipeline and costs management
- Proficiency in Agile and PMBOK project methodologies, strong technical background in data solutions and production support, and advanced stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to inspire teams, prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and communicate effectively at all levels
