**About the Company**
This federal government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 12 Month Contract, paying up to $1105 P/D Incl Super. This role is a hybrid working arrangement.

**About the Role**

Key Accountabilities:

- Strong knowledge of industry standard common data models and quickly understand the business
concept and convert them into data models
- Creating necessary artefacts that are necessary for making data architecture decisions.
- Conduct workshops with business, analysts, data SMEs and data stewards to understand the meaning of data & complex business requirements and translate them into models to support the
business needs keeping in mind flexibility and scalability.
- high level stakeholder engagement to understand, negotiate and resolve complex, difficult, and/or sensitive issues that may arise.
- Create Data models that are flexible and scalable for future changes and Schema.

**About You**
- Experience in using modelling tools such as Erwin and EA Sparx and creating DDLs for developers.
- Strong experience in Bigdata and Data warehouse databases such as Terra data is essential.
- Highly proficient in building normalised data models, Data Vault and Star Schema model
- At least 5 years modelling experience is required.
- Must be Australian Citizen and obtain baseline clearance.
