Early Childhood Educator

We are currently seeking an educator who is passionate about early childhood education and care, to join our family of professional and passionate educators.

Our educators build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the local community and most importantly you will make a difference to the lives of the children in our care. - What we are looking for: _

**Skills and Experience**
- Current and paid NSW Working With Children Check clearance (_required_)
- Recognised ACEQCA Early Childhood Qualification (_required_)
- Current First Aid, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (_desired_)
- Current CPR Training (_desired_)
- Child Protection Certificate (_desired_)
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS (_required_)
- Skills to work alongside other educators, motivating them to excel as you work collaboratively to plan and deliver care and educational programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An abundance of energy and be willing to implement fresh ideas
- A willingness to learn and be flexible

**Role specifics**
- Ability to build positive and caring relationships with the children and their families
- Ability to comply with the National Law and Regulations
- A working knowledge of the cycle of documentation - observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating each individual children's progress
- An interest in keeping informed about the NQF, NQS National Regulations plus current thinking, research and practice within the field of Early Childhood Education
- Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Salary**: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
