Applicant needs to have an understanding of the EYLF and NQS and have strong verbal and written communication skills. We are a family business that understands the importance of a work/ home balance and aim at supporting yours.

Our leadership and mentor programs will inspire you in your Early Childhood journey. We value all of our educators and ensure that you feel a part of our amazing culture.

We also conduct paid Educator Conferences throughout the year for you to up-skill and learn about current ECEC topics.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III, Diploma, or a Bachelor Degree in ECEC or working towards (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (preferred)
- Child Protection Certificate (preferred)
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
