**Description**:
We are looking for a part time or full time Content Coordinator to join the Bridgit team based in Sydney, Australia. This role would be suited to someone who is passionate about joining a high-growth start-up in the fintech space, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working closely with our Jnr Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to support the execution of our marketing content strategy, finding ways to engage our target market through creative content writing, strategy and implementation. You will be responsible for supporting the conceptualisation, preparation and distribution of a range of internal and external content to help build our brand awareness and growth.

You will join a culture driven by collaboration and innovation, with a like minded growth focused team:

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute and build the content marketing strategy
- Content writing to produce the agreed strategy and plan across the chosen platform.
- Responsible for managing content calendar and long term planning
- Management of the Bridgit website and social channels, developing strategies to optimise performance and report on your success.
- Help with administrative marketing requirements

A bit about you:

- 6-12 months experience as a marketing intern, or working in a marketing team/agency
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Understanding of marketing principles and eagerness to learn and develop their copywriting marketing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and project managements skills are critical
- Creativity - Ability to bring new thinking and ways of doing to the team
- Eceptinal written communication skills with a great eye for typos
- Ability to proficiently use Google apps (Gmail, Sheets and Docs) Microsoft Word, develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, and use Microsoft Excel for budgeting purposes
- Have a go getter attitude, that is keen to join a business at the beginning of their Journey

Bonus points for:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Facebook Ads. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirt, is eager to learn and grow with the business.
