As a
**Product Associate**, you will support the development of Interactive’s Cloud and Managed Services products and services portfolio. You will have exposure to all facets of the product management lifecycle, including ideation, business case development, product development and product launch.

There will also be opportunities to collaborate with senior stakeholders and to complete vendor or industry certifications to accelerate your career growth.

**Some of the key things you’ll do**:

- Collect, analyse and share product data to help the broader team prioritise the product development roadmaps.
- Work with marketing and sales to do market research and administer concept development activities.
- Coordinate product launch activities and assist with bringing new products to market.
- Define and document product management processes and continuously refine them to drive efficiencies.
- Support product owners and managers in creating and maintaining product collateral.
- Complete relevant study and secure certifications to accelerate your learning and development.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong experience (through studies or work experience) in developing and presenting compelling written artefacts (Reports, Presentations).
- Strong communications and analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Proactive approach and willingness to complete required learning (structured and unstructured).
- Understanding of IT solution delivery or product management would be an advantage.
