**1st line Risk Manager - Boutique Fund Manager**

**Organisation**
Reporting directly to the head of the business with a dotted line into the local CRO, a career defining opportunity.

**Role**Support the Business, while providing risk management services working directly with the CRO
- Ownership and development of the Risk Management Framework
- Oversight of the Risk Register and Risk appetite statement
- Oversight of analytics across a suite of sensitivities including, Liquidity, Market, Credit and Counterparty credit risk
- Oversight of Mandate monitoring and investment restrictions
- Review and report on conflicts and breaches
- Generation of new product of investment reporting for the investment committee concentrating on impact to risk profile, Investment restrictions and generation of stress testing scenarios

**Individual**Proven track record in a line 1 or 2 risk management function
- Experience of Investment Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Mandate Monitoring or Performance Attribution desirable
- Experience within funds management, superannuation or custody desirable - experience of Global Markets, Treasury or Big 4 Consulting also desirable
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
