At Lendlease, our ICT team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Digital Commercial Lead to join their team on a full-time, permanent position. This role gives you the full flexibility of a work from home lifestyle and is fully remote, based out of our headquarters in Barangaroo, Sydney.
- Work closely with the Head of Commercial Management to shape the commercial strategy, Define and implement sourcing strategies and procurement policies where you will ultimately reduce costs and improve internal controls.
- What you will be doing:

- Defines the scope and requirements of a service via Master Service Agreement (MSA) or individual agreement with vendors in collaboration with business and digital stakeholders.
- Tracks and manages contractual deliverables and obligations
- Conducts regular compliance reviews of contracts in line with governance models
- Work closely with Finance on providing consistent and transparent supplier/vendor cost models to assist with budgeting and cost allocation
- Working closely with Digital stakeholders to manage and negotiate the issue and renewal of all technology contracts
- Work with business/product owners to define Service Level Agreements and relevant operational level agreements within contracts
- Ensure services and invoices are consistent with the terms of the contract in collaboration with product and platform owners
- Takes the lead on all aspects of contract negotiation affecting the commercials of the proposed deal
- Ownership of the technology vendor landscape to oversee performance metrics, KPI’s and technology Procurement Relationship Management.
- Facilitate the selection of appropriate sourcing options and partnerships to ensure delivery of quality solutions at a competitive price
- Govern the process and metrics for vendor performance and risk management
- About you:

- Experienced managing the full life-cycle of IT agreements and suppliers, including contract negotiations.
- Experience within a similar role managing the entire strategic sourcing lifecycle, ideally within IT commercial/financial management.
- Experience with managing projects, vendor contracts, and engagements.
- Good working knowledge of interpreting and delivering technology-based contractual obligations.
- Skilled in technical negotiations and challenging while maintaining positive relationships.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial drivers of account and engagement performance
- Contract interpretation and negotiation skills
