Cater Care Australia is seeking a dedicated Safety Health & Environment Team Administrator to join our dynamic team in Perth. As an integral part of the Safety, Health & Environment department, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and wellbeing are upheld within our organisation. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of excellence and make a meaningful impact on the health and safety of our workforce.
**Description**:

- 12 month fixed term contract
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
- Part time (3 days per week)

The Role
- Assisting with the coordination and administration of health and safety programs.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to safety, health, and environmental activities
- Supporting the team with data entry, report generation, and analysis of safety metrics.
- Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking & liaising with internal stakeholders to provide administrative support as required.
- Contributing to the development of safety communication materials

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Experience**:
Proven experience in administrative support or similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is advantageous
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures
