Wholesale Fashion Brand Manager

We are currently seeking a passionate Wholesale Brand Manager to build and nurture relationships with wholesale key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and acting as the lead marketing contact within the business.

**The role will vary but will mainly consist of the below**:

- Researching and identifying potential boutique retailers that align with the VALENTÉ brand and target market
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with boutique owners and buyers
- Presenting and pitching the VALENTÉ designs to boutique decision-makers
- Negotiating terms of sale, including pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Monitoring sales performance and providing support to boutiques to ensure success
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating with the designer to develop strategies to increase sales and brand visibility
- Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
- Processing orders, creating invoices and lodging with management
- Providing feedback to management on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback
- Collating line sheets for new collections and immediate stock
- Invoicing retailers and following up on outstanding invoices
- Prepping samples and sales collateral
- Processing shipment packing lists and assisting with deliveries of wholesale orders

**In order to be successful for this role you will need to hold the below skills**:

- Have 2 years minimum experience in fashion wholesale
- Passionate about delivering high standard in customer service
- Possess excellent communication and people skills
- Have the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proven sales experience and highly sales focused
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
