**About Us - The Venue**
The team behind Mille Vini, is a opening a new contemporary Italian Wine & Pasta Bar located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. We will be a boutique & moody Italian venue with 70 seats. This new fit out will bring more artisan products and great culture to the CBD. The open kitchen will be a showcase of the venue and food will drive the offering here.
The estimated launch date for this venue is early July.
We are looking for section waiters/runners to join us on our new chapter in mid 2025. We are looking for someone to join the team in June for the launch.
**What we're looking for**
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or hotel environment
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
