The culinary team led by Executive Chef Paul Farag has spent years exploring dishes and techniques from lesser-known regions and coastlines of the Middle East and North Africa. Our Story

The Role

We are looking for a quality section waiter to join the team on a casual or full-time basis, as a section waiter at ESCA, you will need the following experience and skills, as well as a positive attitude:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage
- Worked in casual fine dining settings
- An understanding of wine and upselling techniques is a plus
- Good communication skills, attitude, and be a team player
