We are seeking passionate, polished, and dedicated **Section Waiters**, **Runners,**and** Bartenders**to join our prestigious team at **Spice Temple Sydney**. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an award-winning dining experience in one of Sydney's most renowned establishments.

Spice Temple is a modern Chinese restaurant with a culinary focus on China’s far-flung regions. Driven by our philosophy of incorporating world-class service with a deep respect for the highest quality produce Spice Temple offers modern Chinese food as it’s rarely been seen before in Australia.

**Qualifications & Experience**

To excel in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a premium dining environment as a Section Waiter, Runner, or Host
- A proven ability to deliver impeccable service, with attention to detail and a consistent sequence of service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a refined sense of presentation
- Availability for minimum 20 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday evening services
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Basic proficiency in Japanese (preferred, but not essential)
- WSET Wine & Sake certification (highly desirable)
