
Personal Assistant to Director

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Schedule and coordinate both business and personal meetings, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- **Workspace Organization**: Maintain and organize workspaces and Lindsay's home office for optimal efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**: Use Excel to manage inventory, track stock levels, and prepare reports as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and set up meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with Lindsay and the broader team, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
- **Independent Initiative**: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively address issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably with senior executives.
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Canva or Indesign a plus. Shopify experience a major plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working well both independently and within a team.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, contributing to a positive working environment.
- Ability to work from our Albert Park and Melbourne CBD stores, and occasionally from St Kilda (all tram accessible).
