**Your Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager, Operations, Performance & Underwriting to join IAG’s Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) division.

The role contributes to the overall success of WFI within the IIA division and focuses on collaboration with peers in WFI, IIA and across the Group, leveraging capabilities to ensure consistency and alignment.

You'll lead core functions that support the overall business unit including strategic planning, prioritisation and reporting, communications, effective risk ownership/management to ensure compliance obligations are met, the provision of technical underwriting services, provision of learning and growth initiatives to drive continuous improvement and managing and overseeing initiative ideation and delivery.

This position is a **permanent**, full-time opportunity and is based in** Australia.**

- Demonstrated capability in leading operations and risk functions.
