**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for an experienced **Product Development Coordinator **to join our Restech team in Newcastle.***

This position is responsible for the project and technical coordination of a portfolio of R&D projects with the major objectives:
- Provide the project and product development management, costing and quality control of R&D Project Execution
- Provide customer management and project delivery
- Coordinate project human and technical resources
- Make and or escalate project technical and commercial value judgments in collaboration with customer, product management and principal engineering

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for a motivated individual who will be a key part of the Restech team.
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Experience in Project management (Qualifications desirable)
- Engineering Degree (Essential)
- Technically conversant in multi-discipline engineering
- Team leadership capability
- Well-developed communication skills with an ability to present technically complex information
- Achieving outcomes through strong project engineering and organisational skills
- Exposure to principles of designing to meet functional safety requirements
- Exposure to and general knowledge of the mining environment
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant international standards
