You'll be joining a strategic digital marketing agency that operates at a deeper strategic level than most, and punches well above its weight by harnessing the power of automation and marketing technology.

You must be willing to travel to Sydney or Wollongong for client meetings (approx. every 6 weeks) as well as travel to locations as determined by the production schedule (within Australia) whilst making the most of a flexible hybrid
working model that balances time with the team and working from home.

**The role**

The Account and Digital Production Manager has dual responsibilities; managing a handful of assigned clients, and managing the agency's production pipeline.
- You'll provide strategic counsel to clients to aid their marketing campaigns. This includes the development of strategic plans, client proposals, recommendations and support in interpreting campaign performance.
- You will be responsible for the E2E throughput of the agency's production jobs including briefing, scoping and messaging to achieve the client's needs, through to managing the production with the design, copywriting and production teams, delivering best result for clients.
- You'll support the client with content generation strategies and plans and have ownership of content development from planning through to post production.
- You'll manage production resources and external freelancers effectively to ensure efficiency in production activities to quality outcomes within budget and project timelines.

**You**

With 4+ years experience in an Account management or Production role, you will have proven experience in
developing a broad range of digital marketing assets including marketing communications, design and copywriting briefing for the production team as well as managing the jobs right through to completion to ensure that all client needs are met.
With a focus on digital marketing, production includes the end-to-end leadership and management for a range of content for marketing automation systems, landing pages, EDM's, blogs, advertising assets and social media assets.
