Our client is one of the leaders in the electrical wholesale industry in Australia, specialising in a one stop sourcing and supply solution. This highly successful organisation is currently looking for a graduate to join their growing team and be a part of the 3-year graduate program.

**The role**:

The Graduate Program is designed to provide participants with comprehensive training in all aspects of the business. This program will offer practical, on the job work experience supported by a structured learning program. It is aimed for people motivated to progress into management.

Structured learning programs in the first year will include:

- 2yr Graduate/Sales Program and 1yr Experience in a PC
- Initial 18 months will cover key points such as learning back-end duties around stock, dealing with suppliers, learning product, move on to learning about ordering, handling customers and the ins and outs of running your own story.
- Final 6 month will focus on honing Internal and external proactive sales skills
