Our Graduate Program 2026 offers a whole range of opportunities in Construction, Finance and EHS. And it’s open to graduates from a wider variety of degree disciplines than you might think. Whichever Stream or team you join, you can keep on growing and making the progress you want. There’s nothing to stop you, and everything to enable you.

Our two-year program offers a comprehensive learning experience, including rotations, mentorship, and networking, to help you reach your full potential.

We are offering the following Graduate Program roles for 2026:
- Graduate Site Engineer_ - as a Graduate Site Engineer you will work within a construction project team that is responsible for delivering successful construction projects. This role may be placed within a Regional Business Unit, working on a large-scale residential or commercial project, or on a project in one of our key sectors of Aviation, Defence, Education or Health & Scientific Research.- Graduate Quantity Surveyor _- as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will learn key skills to provide quick and accurate measurements of quantities, contributing to the production of conceptual and detailed cost plans. You will be using cost methodologies and tools to prepare cost estimates on a range of Construction projects, as well as learning how to analyse specifications, models and drawings.- Graduate Contract Administrator _- as a Commercial Graduate, you may undertake rotations in the commercial function on one or more of our industry leading construction projects. You will gain exposure to procurement of subcontractors and suppliers (procurement), learn about head contract and subcontract administration (contract administration), as well as to develop skills in forecasting, cashflow management and reporting within project finance (project reporting).- EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) - You will become a professional through developing comprehensive knowledge of EH&S. Our principles of Environment, Health and Safety throughout an operation’s lifecycle (design, deliver, operate) is at the forefront in everything we do. Being an EH&S professional fosters strong relationships with individuals and teams and creates a culture of care. You will develop your skills in EH&S practices, risk management and support current EHS programs. You will gain advisory experience within one of the Lendlease Australia businesses. Preferred Degrees: Science Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Nursing.

Eligibility & Commitment- Graduated with a relevant bachelor’s degree between 2023-2025- Must have graduated and be available to work full-time once program commences-
- Role will commence in February 2026

Timeline of Recruitment Process:
- Applications close 6 April 2025-
- The final stage is Assessment Centres which will take place in May 2025
