**Personal Care**: Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- **Domestic Duties**: Perform general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- **Meal Preparation**: Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals according to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- **Community Participation**: Support clients to access community services, attend appointments, social activities, and engage in hobbies and interests.
- **Emotional & Social Support**: Offer companionship, encourage positive interactions, and support mental wellbeing.
- **Medication Support**: Administer or supervise medication intake as per care plan and training.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Observe and document changes in clients’ health, behaviour, or circumstances and report as necessary.
- **Advocacy & Empowerment**: Encourage independence and ensure client rights, dignity, and choices are always respected.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with family members, health professionals, and other support staff to deliver consistent and person-centred care.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- First Aid Certification
- Driver’s License
- CPR Certification
- Police Check
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Check
- Manual Handling Training
- Medication Support Training
- Passport
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support _(if not applicable, please provide your OT Qualification instead)_
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- VISA VEVO Check

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong domestic skills, including cleaning and cooking

**Work Environment**:

- In-home support, residential facilities, or community-based settings
- May include rotating shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
