We are looking for a **Sydney FOH Manager** to act as a key leader for our Sydney venues. In this newly created, hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to bring your charisma, skill and talent to a role where you not only lead the performance of the Sydney venues but also foster the connection between the Lune values + purpose and the team.

Working alongside the National FOH Operations Manager and the FOH Managers, Assistant Manager and Supervisors, you will be responsible for overseeing the guest experience, training, people management and controls for our Sydney venues. This is a full-time role, with RDO’s of Friday and Saturday. You are expected to be in service for at least 60% of your time each week, and maintain regular attendance at each venue to build and maintain relationships with managers and team members.

You are;
- A calm and consistent collaborator who enjoys curating and executing exceptional guest experiences
- An accessible and empathetic people manager who values building and maintaining a positive work environment
- An excellent communicator, who is able to execute timely, effective and accurate communication to multiple critical stakeholders in different departments
- A skilled trainer who can coordinate and oversee the implementation of effective learning and development programs for team members in our Lune Training Hub and ensure that all staff are trained to the Lune standard
- Adept at effective performance management
- Experienced in meeting market specific financial KPI’s including but not limited to cost of goods, cost of labour, revenue generation
- Highly organised in your operational style yet understanding of the need for flexibility as required
- Experienced in leadership (2 -4 years in a comparable role within the hospitality industry, managing medium sized teams)
- Confident with your specialty coffee knowledge, with previous Barista experience
- Passionate about our product, with a good understanding of the Lune brand
