We’re looking for a **full-time Kitchen Hand** to join our Sydney BOH team, working across both our Mentmore Ave (Rosebery) and Castlereagh (CBD) venues. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values attention to detail, and wants to be part of a passionate, high-performing team.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our kitchens clean, organised and efficient; from maintaining the dish bay to supporting food prep, clearing equipment and following hygiene systems. We’ll provide hands-on training to help you grow and support our kitchen team with confidence.

- Is available to start as soon as possible (by 7 July latest)
