Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? We are currently seeking Casual Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leaders & Supervisors to join our team for corporate functions and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead small teams of Bartenders/Waiters during corporate events, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with the Client/Event Organiser onsite to understand specific requirements and expectations.
- Mentor Drinkability team members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Oversee delivery of the service from start to finish, including: bump-in, set up, service, pack-down and bump-out.
- Monitor event progress and address any issues that may arise promptly and effectively, including RSA compliance.
- Collaborate/liaise with our food catering partners and their wait-staff to ensure a cohesive F&B service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the function.
- Uphold health and safety standards to create a safe environment for guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential (2+ years).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the FOH team effectively.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize during fast-paced events.
- A positive and customer-oriented attitude to deliver outstanding client/guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- RSA Certificate (required)

- Australia (required)
