The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate venue Supervisor for MOD. Dining by Clayton Wells at Art Gallery NSW.

The primary focus of the role will cover all aspect of operation including bar and floor service.

**The Role**
- Lead a team of waiters, hosts and bar staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests
- Ordering and stocktake
- Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals
- Develop and train new and existing team members
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
- Lead by example and mentor and guide new colleagues

***About You**
- 6+ months supervisory experience
- Strong bar experience
- Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top level customer service
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- The drive to lead and mentor a team of junior staff
- NSW RSA and bar/beverage knowledge
- In possession of full time Australian Working Rights
