Team Leader ~ Supervisor at Lotus Dining

Lotus Dining is rapidly expanding and looking for career-minded people to join the Management team as team leaders or supervisors.
This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You really must be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge, and have honed your hospitality skills over some years. If you enjoy dynamic services, then we are what you’re looking for.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a team leader in a fast-paced restaurant setting have the ability to effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager Can create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engages guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations follow restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security. Able to work weekends and nights
