SEE Group are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual studying for a HR Degree to join our People and Culture Team as a People and Culture Undergraduate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and evolving workplace. As a People and Culture Undergraduate, you will have the flexibility to work 2 to 3 days per week, with the added benefit of being able to increase your hours during university holidays and reduce them during exams.-
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Support the recruitment process, including phone screens and reference checks
- Set-up and maintain employee data in the HR Management System (HRMS)
- Coordinate the performance review process
- Assist the P&C Team implementing P&C Strategies for Training and Development, Employee Retention and Engagement and the Health and Wellbeing Program
- Assist with the coordination of company events
- Adhoc administration tasks

**Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Working towards a Human Resources or related Business Degree or Diploma.
- Working within a team effectively
- MS office skills (intermediate)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Problem analysis and decision making
