**Opportunity Snapshot**:
This varied and high paced role involves a combination of leading people and responsibility for the team's processing combination of leading people and responsibility for the team's processing of Distributions, Management Fee Rebates, Adviser Service Fees, Commissions, transaction/periodic/tax statements, QTFN and AIIR lodgements. Delivering all the above requirements to the agreed timelines and of the highest quality. This is a critical leadership role in the SS&C organisations to ensure meet client requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivery of all client requirements within SLA requirements. Immediate escalation of any quality or timeliness issues to Head of Operations.
- Working collaboratively with Senior Managers and leader both at SS&C an our external clients
- Team leadership, positive role model; meeting with the team members 1-1 on a regular basis
- Coaching and mentoring of Team leaders
- Timely completion of performance appraisals and performance management
- Documenting User Guides
- Maintaining documentation such as procedures and checklists
- Ensuring that all Distributions, Management Fee Rebates, Adviser Service Fees, Commissions, transaction/periodic/tax statements, QTFN and AIIR lodgements are done within agreed timeframes
- Provide high quality internal and external service
- Meet and actively monitor all team deadlines, with any issues escalated and communicated appropriately to managers and all stakeholders
- Work with other teams within operations team to deliver optimum outcomes
- Ensure appropriate testing assurance is completed for Trust Architect releases, BCP testing etc.
- Own BCP process for the team, including regular (quarterly) training sessions for the team.

**Knowledge and experience**:

- 5-7+ years Financial Services experience
- 3-5+ years Unit Registry experience
- 5+ years team leadership, demonstrated people leadership experience
- Knowledge of the financial services industry particularly funds management, custody and platforms
