The National Basketball League (NBL) is regarded as one of the premier basketball organisations in the world and is home to some of the world’s best athletes. The NBL is chiefly responsible for the management and delivery of the men's professional basketball league in Australia and New Zealand. With a focus on success and growth, the NBL's vision and determination, is to be positioned as one of the leading sporting codes in Australia.

**_The Role_**

As our Multimedia Designer, you will possess unmatched creative abilities within multimedia design and production, creating captivating designs and content. This role will see you developing engaging designs across the NBL’s brands: NBL, NBL1, 3x3Hustle, and Harlem Globetrotters.

This is an incredible opportunity for a graphic design professional to blend their love of sport, with their passion for designing. Not only will you out the finishing touches on the league’s content, you will be the go-to for motion graphics and animation, create eye-catching designs that drive engagement and promote social media campaigns, website, competitions and gameday communications, and more - All with the main aim of driving awareness and growing TV viewership.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Create engaging designs to help push news and information to our media platforms, website, Apps and more
- Designs to include: announcements, roster movement, quote tiles, stats, game day preparation and more
- Work with the Digital Content Teams to roll out designs and content
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and create templates for each season
- Develop motion graphics and animation across all platforms to enhance content
- Opportunity to assist with game day coverage across the NBL, NBL1 and 3x3Hustle social media channels
- Assist with video editing when required

**_About You_**
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer or related role
- Experience and sound understanding of Social Media
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge and abilities across: Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
- Keen interest/passion for sports (or better yet, basketball)
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of animation/motion design - highly desirable
- Consistently meet deadlines and are adaptable
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
