**About You**

You are an influential and engaging manager who will be able to provide executive and senior management with support and independent advice in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of key clinical and corporate risks. You will develop, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of risk management plans. You are able to monitor clinical and corporate activities, identify implications of strategy changes and major initiatives or projects to help identify unforeseen risks and assist in risk evaluation and management. You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Quality & Compliance, you will provide expert advice, assistance and support in all matters relating to clinical governance systems and processes including, but not limited to, risk management, incident and complaints management and continuous improvement.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in health, science and/or another appropriate field
- A minimum of three years’ experience in one or more of the following fields: risk management, quality improvement, health information management, healthcare administration, business administration
- Demonstrated capability in the implementation and maintenance of quality improvement initiatives and systems
- Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations and accreditation standards
