**The Purpose**:
As the Lead Payment Analyst, you will be a core part of the Business Operations and Delivery teams by providing guidance & leadership to the BA team. Day to day you will be responsible for developing, capturing and delivering requirements for our Payments solutions. This role will also have a people leadership remit. AP+ supports a flexible work model, however this role will be based in Sydney.

**The skills & knowledge you need to have**:

- Experience leading a team
- Robust experience working with solution & design teams
- Proficient working with Waterfall & agile methodologies
- Thorough knowledge of EMV, SWIFT ISO20022 and AS.2805 data dictionary and data governance
- Proven knowledge of API development standards, micro-services and event driven IT architecture
- Strong knowledge of security, control, privacy and compliance in the financial services/payments domain
