**About the role**:
The role will be responsible for contributing to the growth of SCA’s online presence and Omni sales by executing customer acquisition strategies and eCommerce traffic plans, including reviewing and implementing keyword strategies both on-site and off-site to improve SCA’s organic customer traffic.

Each day will bring something different, but the key responsibilities of this role will be:

- Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in developing SCA’s organic and paid customer acquisition plan
- Work with the Performance manager to define SEO strategies
- Own the creation of prioritisation of the SEO roadmap
- Plan out campaign approaches, including testing strategies, Ad Sets, and keywords.
- Set clear SEO goals, KPIs and requirements to define and measure what success looks like
- Help build a culture of SEO best practices by educating merchandise and marketing
- Contributing to the delivery of the Omni Digital strategy by testing and reporting on the performance of SEO initiatives and website SEO health
- Work with the UX / Experience teams within Group Omni Digital to improve search engine ranking through technical optimisation, incl. menu structure optimisation, URL optimisation, etc.
- Stay across of SEO trends, best practices and algorithm changes to identify new growth opportunities

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- A passional for digital marketing
- Experience in a similar role (SEO, eCommerce, Digital Data, Digital marketing)
- Microsoft Excel experience (data manipulation)
- SEO knowledge and skills including knowledge of keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to conduct high-level keyword research and deliver strategic insights based on SERP landscape and competitive analysis
- Ability to use SEO tools including but not limited to SEMrush, MOZ and Ahrefs and SimilarWeb
