**About The Role**:
We are currently recruiting a **Food & Beverage Attendant** to join our Banrock Station Restaurant and provide exceptional customer service to the visiting customers of the Kingston on Murray region. If you're an experienced hospitality worker with a passion for delivering memorable experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and be part of a renowned destination in the heart of the vineyard.

This **casual position** has the flexibility to provide full time hours**.** With dayshifts and an occasional evening shift or weekend shifts, this role can offer flexible hours which can work around other commitments.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist the chefs to prepare food for service.
- Set and clear tables where required for customers.
- Collect food from the kitchen and serve to customers.
- Clean designated areas, in accordance with procedures and hygiene requirements.
- Inform the person placing orders of any ingredients, menu components, cleaning materials etc. need replenishing.
- Leave the kitchen and service areas clean and tidy with a list for the next person on shift.
- Wash dishes as required.
- Ensure all housekeeping, opening and closing tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Assist with putting away deliveries and checking off against packing slips/invoices and inform of any discrepancies.
- Conduct relevant cash resister activities as required.
- Assist with functions/events when required.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality environment (highly desired)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
- Must have drivers Licence
- Lifting of heavy items may be required from time to time
- Shifts will be across a 7-day roster

**Physical and Other Requirements**:

- Must have drivers Licence
