**About the Role**
As a **Sales Coordinator**, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed **weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets**.
- Deliver exceptional communication, with strong written and verbal skills to present solutions effectively.
- Utilize your industry knowledge to strategize and deliver measurable results.
- Be rewarded with incentives and recognition for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Represent Centred for Care professionally at meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and support.
**About You**
- Are a **self-starter** who thrives in high-demand environments.
- Have proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the **care or support services industry**.
- Possess excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Are results-driven and can **meet and exceed targets** consistently.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Are adaptable, innovative, and able to work both autonomously and within a team.
