About the Role

As Product Owner - Telco within the Retail Next Product Transformation stream, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and delivering new/enhanced processes and system capability to support our multi product life-cycle management functions on a new technology stack. You will need to have a deep understanding of Telco product ranges and how best to technically build and optimise system capability to achieve customer experience, commercial objectives, and speed to value aspirations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage knowledge and experience in product development strategies to define technology and process solutions that achieve business priorities
- Identify new or changed system, process or operational capabilities required to support new solutions. Define, document, and communicate related requirements to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define capabilities required to execute on a migration from legacy to new systems
- Document core product management functions within new capability model framework including process definitions, system interactions and operational management
- Create, refine and collaborate the prioritisation for initiative(s) backlog and influence the timely delivery of this backlog within the broader program of work
- Co-ordinate and work collaboratively with other project team members to effectively manage team resources to optimise individual and overall team performance
- Leading the business side aspect of projects and initiatives throughout their lifecycle with a focus on AGILE delivery methodologies including day-to-day management of requirements including scope definition, functional design approval and testing

About You

You have experienced gained from a similar role which had a focus on Telco, you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and team members and you are keen on growing your career.

Experienced Required
- Strong leadership, analytical, influencing and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated capability and capacity to achieve positive and progressive outcomes
- Strong organisational skills, with a high degree of agility and flexibility to meet changing priorities
- Ability to manage and work through complexity and deal with ambiguity
- Experienced at structuring responses to complex problems, assessing proposed solutions and communicating actions and risks clearly
- Ability to effectively balance the needs of project delivery, organisational change management and solution definition
- Ability to plan, prioritise and motivate high performance
- Embrace new styles of working and show a willingness to adopt more agile approaches to stakeholder engagement through demonstrated AGILE delivery methodologies
