THE ROLE

**FENDI Client Advisors are responsible for**:

- Exceeding sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Store Manager.
- Engaging in upselling, cross-selling and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Providing superior customer service with strong product knowledge and relationship management.
- Developing and strengthening the customer base through CRM activities, events and marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with FENDI guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance in stock management and security procedures.

ABOUT YOU
- Have a minimum 1 - 3 years retail sales experience with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be adaptable and willing to learn.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Have excellent personal presentation.
