Have an impact and be a part of the Louis Vuitton Digital Store evolution by joining our Client Services team as a Client Sales Advisor
**About the role**
Our Client Services team are a part of our digital store solution, responding to inbound customer service and sales enquiries via phone and online channels from our valued Clients.
As a **Client Services Sales Advisor**, you will ensure the Louis Vuitton promise is continued to be delivered to every client. You will dare to discover your clients and their every need, guiding them across the Louis Vuitton product universe.
You will establish yourself as an elevated and trusted personal advisor; daring to propose pieces from our latest collections to your clients, providing solutions and leaving them feeling cherished and enriched by their experience through our digital platforms.
PROFIL
**To be successful in this role**
We are looking for **client centric sales experts** with experience gained from working within a high-profile retail or customer service brand; or with inbound sales or service experience.
You will also bring:
- a demonstrated ability to drive your own sales results
- an entrepreneurial approach to creating and maintaining client relationships
- a self-starting attitude and courage to proactively engage your clients and dare to propose solutions
- the desire to continuously strive to exceed our client's expectations
- the passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
