An opportunity now presents itself for a General Manager to join the team and build on their organic success.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the MD, you will be based in the company’s West Perth HQ. Your objective will encompass three facets:
1. Management & leadership
2. Utilising modern technology to enhance services provided
3. Business development and leveraging your existing network to increase top line sales

You will provide commercially focused growth strategies and have the vision to develop the future direction of the company. This represents an opportunity for the right person to be part of a successful business and to be instrumental in its growth.

The role will be both operational and strategic; operationally you will lead and develop a team of geologists, engineers, and field techs in the daily running of the business ensuring that you are committed to the high level of service your clients have come to appreciate.

You will also be required to build solid working relationships with current and new clients allowing the company to grow in revenue and headcount. This is where your commercial and strategic acumen will be required; it will be your vision that will see the company grow over the next few years, to allow for increased revenue and a broader market share by delivering excellent outcomes for clients through the utilisation of modern technology & systems.

Typical duties will encompass:

- Daily leadership of a team
- Manage and grow the current schedule of work and clients through identification of new opportunities and subsequent recruitment of key personnel
- Provide technical oversite over the deliverables for clients
- Develop and manage budgets, cost control and drive P&L

- Tertiary qualifications with post graduate studies in a commercial or technical field
- A commitment to implementing and utilising technology
- Communication skills which will enable you to deliver inspired leadership
- You will be a highly motivated individual who thrives on hitting company growth targets and helping your staff be successful
- You can easily develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Instrumental in expanding and developing systems to suit the growth of the business and client requirements
- Exposure to mining/geological software
