Driver Trainer | Lytton or Heathwood, Queensland

Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Driver Trainer to join our Retail & Consumer facilities at Lytton or Heathwood, Queensland. As the Driver Trainer, you will:
- Provide specialised training, assessment and coaching for Toll drivers in all relevant aspects of their duties including, but not limited to, induction & on boarding, legislative requirements & Toll Group procedures.-
- Implement the business driver training strategy (incorporating risk, quality, HSE and human resource management systems) continuous improvement considerations in driver training and assessment.-
- Play a key role in the ongoing training and development of drivers to increase service quality and manage the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and the environment, as well as meeting customer contractual requirements.About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence (Prefer MC), DG licence, Forklift (mandatory)-
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment (mandatory)-
- Knowledge & experience as a skilled and competent driver/MHE operator (as required)-
- Skilled and competent trainer and assessor-
- Knowledge of HV mass management, fatigue management, dangerous goods, load restraint, road transport rules and regulations What moves you?
