**About the Role**:
We are looking for a friendly, resourceful, and professional Concierge to deliver top-tier service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will assist with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, ensuring every visitor has an outstanding experience.

This role operates **7 days a week**, with **full-time and casual positions available**. Typical hours are **6:30 AM to 2:30 PM**, with flexibility required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins, reservations, and general inquiries.
- Provide tailored recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, including transportation, event bookings, and special accommodations.
- Use computer systems to manage bookings, process payments, and update guest records.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and vendors to fulfill requests efficiently.
- Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

**Requirements**:
A high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Knowledge of local attractions, transport options, and events (or willingness to learn).
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
A customer-focused attitude and commitment to service excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
