**About the role**:
**About you**:
Our One Unitywater behaviours - **Create the Future, Care Together, and Own It** - define how we work together at Unitywater. To contribute to this, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:

- Relevant practical operational experience coupled with a degree in civil engineering or a management discipline.
- Thorough understanding of water industry workplace health and safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in leading and managing an operations and maintenance workforce or similar field-based workforce.
- Proven ability to effectively oversee and influence a field-based workforce to optimise safety and maximise productivity.
- Strong commercial acumen with budgets more than $5 million.
- Demonstrable experience in managing emergency response situations.
- Ability to effectively present complex information clearly in written or oral form.
- Ability to build long term relationships with executives, stakeholders, peers and subordinates.
- An in-depth understanding of water supply, sewerage and recycled water operation and maintenance activities.
- C Class Driver License.
