**SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER**

**The role**:
This position assumes functional responsibility for the account management of Wilson Security clients throughout Tasmania.

Working closely with the State Manager its purpose is to provide leadership, guidance, and direction to direct reports to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

The position is the conduit for information, reporting, and implementation of direction to and from State Management and Clients.

As a leader and client-facing operative, your communications and presentation will be confident, clear, and approachable.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Managing and maintaining critical shift rosters
- Monitoring, reviewing and driving the performance of direct reports
- Providing clear, prioritised communications with internal external stakeholders
- Structuring meetings with relevant stakeholders to review group performance
- Providing accurate and timely information on performance, variances and accompanying action plans to the State Manager
- Monitoring performance, addressing and documenting gaps
- Overseeing the management of claims, customer complaints, issue resolution and capital expenditure

As the key contact for leading clients, you will demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills while adhering to contractual obligations. The ability to develop rapport with stakeholders is paramount to your success.
